I had morning class today. WOke up at 7am. I woke up 45mins earlier to fix my Atkins meal. I made sure that I have enough food to keep me through lecture. Planning ahead is VERY IMPT!
Well, this is what I had for breakfast.
Salmon! Grilled with Thyme, Dill, Tumeric powder and salt!
It goes along with my Cranberry tea too!

I prepared a bottle of Cranberry TEa to keep me from feeling deprived in class. The sweet scent helps a lot. No worries. There's no sugar in tea. I checked the label. Boiled 2 eggs just in case i'm hungry during lecture. I reused my Cranberry Tea bag for the egg. Amazingly, I don't feel hungry in class so the egg ended up in my salad bowl for lunch.
