Before Atkins

I don't usually eat a lot per single meal. When I was much slimmer. During my secondary school era, I never eat chicken rice or nasi lemak. Both are the worse sinful food.

Chicken rice, a very prominent local delicacy. I make great chicken rice too. To make authenic chicken rice. You have to fry Garlic, ginger and shallot with the rice. Then cooked the rice with chicken oil and pandan leave. This is how you get the chicken rice fragance. This is totally sinful. But the healthy version of it is, don't fry the rice. Just cook it with chicken soup. But there goes the sinful joy.

The making of bai zhan ji(white chicken) is also very interesting. We cooked the chicken in boiling water for about 20mins and then soak the chicken in icy cold water to get it's juicy and tender texture. Haha. I can still have the chicken. But I find it such a chore. I hate the cleaning up.

oh. Nasi Lemak is a malay delicacy. The rice is cooked with coconut milk. So the rice itself is damn oily. And we usually eat it with deep fried chicken wing, ikan bilis, deep fried fish, egg and peanuts. Oh the nasi lemak chilli is so delicious. IT's sweet.

Oh. These are so carb overload. That's y I'm getting 'ballooned' up. My guy loves all these sinful food. I started to enjoy these sin after I'm dating him. Oh dear. IT's essential to weight yourself EVERYDAY when you're dating. My guy loves food and I cook well. So we eat and eat and eat.

I can't wear Bikini. I'm only wearing Tankini for now. Sob*

My nasty neighbour commented that I looked like someone who had given birth to a few kids.

Damn it. I totally hate her.
