DAy1 part2 Snacking

Atkins always forces me to create new recipies and rediscover the natural goodness and taste of food. I made this patty and it turns out really nice. Taste like 'lou ma kay' patty.
I minced an equal portion of chicken fillet with fish. Added sesame seed oil, pepper and salt. Grilled in olive oil. Yummy!
