DAy1 part1

Woke up at like 12pm.

This is what I had. A lot of people have misconception about Atkins. Atkins requires u to eat lots of veggie! There it goes:
Cucumber (my appetizer)
Egg
CAbbage
2 chicken butter grilled fillet
Seasoning: Salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil.
Simple, sumptous and delicious!
The original taste of food!
