Breakfast:
3 cups Romaine LEttuce and 5 slices of collar pork
Lunch:
1 sunny side up and 'fake lean' pork
Dinner:
'fake lean' pork
Well, I was sick of Chicken. I've almost live entirely on Chicken for the passed 2 weeks. I hate fillet. I hate chicken breast now. Thinking of chicken make me want to puke. Sometimes I just want something lighter. The problem is, I find it difficult to be eating enough. Thus, I added extra oil into my food to increase my calories intake.
Perhaps growing up in an Asian country my eating habit is lighter. When I cook just my myself, I tend to be lazy and skip steps that I'll go through if I'm cooking to impress. My cooking sucks sometimes though it looks great in pictures. I just have to gulp down those disgusting protein.
I realised a terrible mistake I've made. Soya Milk (unsweetened) is only allowed in the 7 rung of Ongoing Weight loss in Atkins. Argh.
So should I go on induction for 1 more week to make up the lost of time on induction or should I go on to the 1st rung of OWL?
I still struggling with my plan. I have 14kg mroe to lose. I initally though that I would go to OWL at 55kg. But changed my mind, perhaps 60kg. I'm sick of my food. OWL added a lot more varity to my diet. I'm already starting to feel tired. I don't know if it's due to my poor sleeping habit. Or is it because it's time for me to move to OWL?
